There are plenty of police officers who don't like what I have reported in the past. In contrast to what has been said, I would like to express my sentiments to all who tried to save the life of the two month old boy who was shaken to death.
How do you quantify the shock and horror of this tragedy?
How does one go home and put this behind you? You can't.
I contend that the corruption issues are almost entirely leadership issues and most cops are put into impossible situations as a result.
The city is falling apart and this recent murder puts the W-B murder perilously close to that of Newark, NJ.
WB Murder rate = 31.6 rate per 100,000
Newark Murder rate = 37.4 per 100,000
National Average = 4.7 per 100,000
