Thumbs up to the Board of LCCC for investigating why its President (Leary) fled the scene of an accident and then hid from the Kingston police. He also apparently lied about what happened.
Kudos as well to the Kingston police officer who took meticulous notes of the events that took place.
Kudos as well Jarret Ferrentino (DA office) for his willingness to look into the case.
Shame on former WBPD chief (head of LCCC security) Bill Barrett for trying to cover this up (sweep under rug). Unfortunately for Barrett - this is not the first time he has acted to cover up crimes.
