HOW DESSOYE CONSPIRED WITH LAG TOWING

WHY IS DESSOYE STILL W-B CHIEF OF POLICE?

OH YEA... THE MAYOR ENABLES BOTH OF THEIR DRINKING and JEANIE LEIGHTON (Dessoye's wife) IS A COUSIN TO THE MAYOR.

TOWING CONTRACT:  INVENTORIES: Section 18 (f) of the city contract with L.A.G. says ”the Contractor shall provide to the chief of police an accurate and running log of all vehicles currently in storage; the tows made by the Contractor under this contract for the preceding month...  (COMPARE TO AFFIDAVIT BELOW)

Translation è   Monthly LAG Inventories MUST be provided whether or not Gerard Dessoye “requests them” (see affidavit below)

From Citizens Voice:  

“I don’t think it’s any of my business how much money he is making,” Dessoye said of LAG Towing owner Leo A. Glodzik III at Tuesday’s council meeting.

Asked if the information would be useful in setting the price the city charges annually for the towing contract (now at $50,050), Dessoye again deferred.

“I don’t think that’s my place to tell him how much he should make,” he said.
