(A) How can a house worth $1.7 million be sold for $40k on 11/26/13?
(B) Can you explain the auction history of 11/28/2017,  10/26/2017,  9/12/2017,  9/27/2016, and 7/15/2015? 
(C) Previous Sales price of $50,200 in 2012 ??
(D) Sold at auction to "Plaintiff" (with a case number) on 09/12/2017 with a winning bid of $855,600 (for a house worth $1.7 M)?

It is highly doubtful that the typical patient is this far along in transitioning due to the immense cost of hormones. I believe these pictures are meant to deceive.

JJ MURPHY'S PAST AND VERY QUESTIONABLE RESUME

Is JJ Murphy a Harvard man? Really? Kings and Marywood to Harvard?  Hmmmm. What exactly occurred at Harvard? Was it a seminar? A workshop? Notice that there is NO DEGREE associated with this reference to Harvard. JJ Murphy is not the man behind his mindblowing 140 page application!!

Next... What a pathetic excuse to explain his sordid behavior.. JJ Murphy had himself paid this outrageous amount ($300 per hour) because he was greedy and thought he could get away with it. Goal Consulting was a "front" to add a veneer of authenticity.

In July, I filed a complaint with the State Auditor’s office asking for the probe into two contracts championed by Hobbs’ City Manager, J.J. Murphy. These two contracts were awarded to the Medico Consulting Group, LLC, a waste and recycling consultant, and Pennsylvania attorney Alan Wohlstetter, a $475-per-hour-consultant retained for legal services related to the police department’s video surveillance network. After conducting a fact finding investigation, the office mailed a letter dated October 17, 2016 to the City of Hobbs stating that these two contracts “were handled in a manner that raises significant uncertainty as to whether the City received competitive prices. Additionally, the fact that both firms are from Pennsylvania and have connections to the City Manager’s prior employer raises the appearance that the contracts may not have been at arm’s length.”

Gratitude Training has not been convicted of tax evasion, but by not paying hundreds of employees (minimally) they are avoiding (1) payroll taxes in North Carolina, (2) unemployment taxes in Florida, (3) and they fail to make to pay any other taxes including city, county, municipality, or state taxes. In a letter from the Office of the FL Office of the Atty General, I was asked to submit a complaint for non-payment of IRS (federal) and state taxes.
