Mayor Thomas Leighton refuses to terminate the city's contract with LAG Towing despite:
1) The LAG Towing shop has been deemed "unfit for human habitation" (see notice below).
2) Glodzik has been found guilty by a jury of felony theft
3) Another police raid took place at LAG operations in Duryea (see video below.
