On 10/24/17 I sent an urgent E mail to the BHTC warning them of child sex trafficking at New Beginnings (11000 Blackhawk Blvd, Davie FL). Jumorrow Jones is both the (1) President of the BHTC, (2) a former cop, and (3) Victims' Advocate at Florida Atlantic University (FAU) in Boca Raton, FL.
8 = # of Emails I sent to the BHTC (I received one "canned" response from Jumorrow Jones)
8 = # of FB messages I sent to Tabitha Bush, board member of the BHTC. I received no replies.
8 = # of hours the BHTC meets... in an ENTIRE YEAR !! A complete sham !
1 = My application for the BHTC "summit" on June 1, 2018. My application was tossed.
1 = Requests to sponsor the "summit" on June 1, 2018. My request was ignored
1 = E mail sent to Jumorrow Jones asking her to explain her behaviors. No explanation provided by her.
Many = Requests that FAU fire Jumorrow Jones as she is compromised and corrupted. No word yet from President of FAU. Her actions have been entirely consistent with one protecting and profiting off a sex trafficking ring as opposed to one who should be fighting against trafficking.
40 = Number of initial "elements of sex trafficking" (indicators, red flags etc.) that I provided to BHTC on 10/24/18. They have an obligation to report credible allegations to police for an investigation. Instead I WAS TOLD TO CALL A HOT LINE!
15 = Days that elapsed between my initial E mail re: sex trafficking and a response from BHTC.
Zero = Eye contact that she was able to make with me when I addressed her personally at the BHTC "summit" on 06/01/18. I now understand how I would make her nervous based on the truth… of what I knew then and what I have learned since.
Above is the staff of Broward Human Trafficking Coalition (BHTC). There is no doubt in my mind that Johnson and Bush are fully aware of sex trafficking. I have been stone-walled by them for at least 8 months. They also have made no denials.
NELSON BOGREN - Manager of COVENANT HOUSE and is the Treasurer of BHTC. I have yet to hear a single good word about Covenant House in FL. I was at a 5 day trafficking workshop and many safe houses were publicized. Covenant house was not one of them. A trustworthy source in the legal field claims that they are "pimping out" the residents (victims) for weeks at a time. They openly publish their address which is extremely dangerous for the victims.
The New Beginnings' (NB) owners showed up. Leland Koble (or "Sir Top" as she goes by in her BDSM world) Bonnie Lazarus ("Slave Bonnie" in the BDSM world) brought their filthy presence to the summit so as to conspire with BHTC.

It soon became clear that several organizers/speakers were
comfortable with and cognizant of New Beginnings (NB). Leland Koble and Bonnie
Lazarus of NB were fawned upon. No attendees (over 400 including those getting CLE
credits) were given a tenth of the private time given to these sex
traffickers. In fact, three of the staff/organizers spent “active workshop
time” meeting with Leland Koble in private. During this approximate half hour
there were several glances at me from an adjacent room.
I gave my card to the Honorable Stacy Ross
(Judge) and she was interested in my group and we had a
brief and cordial chit chat. Later, there was a clear demarcation between Judge
Ross’s reaction of shock when I pointed out the presence of traffickers and to
the workshop-long behavior (ease) of several others. I am 100 per
cent sure that Judge Ross knew nothing about the trafficking at NB.
Kristine Bradley (Assistant Attorney General) met
with the NB owners after the workshop and she may have been poisoned by others
colluding with the New Beginnings owners during the workshop.
It is clear to me that the roots of New Beginnings run very deep
in Broward County. There must be tens of millions of dollars generated from the
700 “patients” (Leland Koble’s claim) at NB. I guarantee there have not
been 700 surgeries (top only; breasts) performed at $7,000 per surgery. These kids are
trapped as sex slaves. There is only one source of revenue. It is implausible
and deniable that there is any other source of cash other than trafficking
or porn or perhaps something darker… such as organ
harvesting. Money is being mad somehow.
New Beginnings cannot attest as to how they legally have obtained
money to run a $ 2 M house, subsidize a staff, and pay for 700 alleged surgeries.
The only filings that they have posted shows almost no income.
At the “summit,” Jumorrow-Terah
Johnson, Tabitha Bush, Patrice Roloto were
the coddlers. The NB owners were VIP’s. What is interesting is that
a lady activist that I spoke to (part of anti-trafficking group in Palm Beach
County) lamented about BHTC and how they have “given up” looking for victims. She expressed that any plans or good
intentions simply disappear over time. In my opinion this is no accident. BHTC
is knee deep in corrupt activity.
I have currently listed 60 plus indicators implicating New Beginnings as a
sex trafficking ring of epic proportions. Based on my research, they may be the
biggest source for trafficking (# of victims) in FL history. “Surgical recovery
house?" Their fake business façade. Many, after reading my blog, have cut
ties with New Beginnings and their sister cult, Gratitude Training.
No one wants their name tarnished by associating with a bogus charity. Many have broken ties with suspect groups. This includes Children's Home Services, the YMCA, plastic surgeon Dr. Garramone, and
Trader Joe's who were tricked into giving NB free food.
LET THIS “SUMMIT” BE A LESSON -
TRAFFICKERS CAN AND WILL SHOW UP ANYWHERE.
I was a panelist at an anti-trafficking workshop on June 14, 2018 at Florida International University (FIU). Do you want to know the mischief and strange activity that took place?
- New Beginnings’ owners showed up (Leland Koble and Bonnie Lazarus)
- They claimed to the organizer (Ted Victor) that they were taking me to court in July. A lie.
- New Beginnings’ owners claimed I flew a drone over their house. I have had no part in any such activity. I don’t own a drone and don’t know how to use one.
- The FIU campus police were called by someone (or some people) to “check on me.” I had no idea at the time why the head of campus police approached me. But I can say they were extremely affable and professional and acted with grace. I gave them my cards publicizing my “HAT” group. I only learned they were called to “vet me” after the workshop was finished.
- Others tried to have me removed as a panelist. One or two other panelists did not show because I was there.
… I know why Roger DeHart did not show (an issue having nothing to do with trafficking). Roger and I are friends. There had been a misunderstanding with a Judge he had worked with (Judge Michael Davis) and I. I recently met Judge Michael Davis at a public event and I don’t know how he could have been any nicer. We were boy working off of hearsay and incomplete information. No time was wasted about “who said what to whom.” As gentleman we agreed to move together in both cordially and with respected distances. I have NO issue with Judge Michael Davis and I think he would be a top-notch Judge going forward.
… I do not know who else did not show… but it is important to note that my revelations are only 9 months old. I compete against traffickers and their conspirators who madly try to destroy my credibility as though their lives depended on it… and in fact they do! That is, if you consider “life in prison” as tantamount to losing one’s freedom and hence their “life.”
New Beginnings’ owners are “PhD level” manipulators. Consider: They have convinced 700 “patients” (mostly victims) to their trafficking house based on false promises. They are pros at what they do. They would be considered “Romeos” in their style of coercion. They put out a sugary sweet persona that they come across as super caring people. I wonder if this side “comes out” as they partake in their BDSM cult activity! New Beginnings can easily be sitting upon tens of millions of dollars generated off the bodies of trafficked youth. One kid can bring in $250 k per year. What do 500-700 kids fetch over 6 years? Were some used as sacrifices in their BDSM empire? Used for the sex warehouses? Any involvement in the known swinging parties with their fellow cult members in Gratitude Training? Or just done away with? The math tells me that over 7 years New Beginnings has had the potential and ability to generate a total of $105 million cash free dollars.
Here is the math:
(1) New Beginnings claim 700 “patients.” Let’s assume that 100 of these alleged “patients” actually do receive the very simple top-only (breast removal) surgery in order to portray New Beginnings (NB) is legitimate.
(2) This leaves 600 victims who were tricked into assuming they would receive surgery.
(3) One young female (remember, the population at NB are all “full women”) can fetch up to $250 k per year.
(4) Lowball assumptions (over 7 years):
(a) Let’s assume these biological females bring in $175k rather than $ 250 k.
(b) Let’s also assume each girl works for 2 years (not 5-7 years).
What does that math tell us? 6oo victims x $175 k x 2 years = $210 million
Too high? Which assumption would you change? Let’s assume the number is in fact too high. If we assume that the real number is 25 % of this $210 M… then the revenues would stand at $52.5 million! The number of people that could be bribed even with this this figure is near limitless. It appears that NB has taken care of so many people that they have set up an empire where they will be left alone.
To make this more human... I received a message that a mom has been without her missing daughter for 95 days. I want to give the mom hope but I cannot. A 2 per cent rescue rate is pathetic... but it keeps people working in a field where the Johns run free and always will always as long as the good ole boys club is in place. Without a severe reduction in demand (like pics of Johns in the paper), supply will always meet demand. Awareness is a mild tonic that gives ground to chronic and insatiable appetite of buyers.
Lastly, I, like others, are happy to be see traffickers arrested. Yet my happiness is tempered knowing that thousands of rapes occur while the investigations are taking place. The issue of demand / buyers / the Johns is dangerously cast aside. The current system is broken and is circular since only the traffickers are targeted. Someone ALWAYS fills the void of an arrested/ prosecuted seller (trafficker). Demand creates supply. With humility, I ask that deference be granted to me based on my background in finance and my Economics degree and my MBA and my CMA (Accounting) and CFM (Finance). I see the issues in real terms such as supply and demand and risk aversion (for instance; the demand of Johns would greatly decrease if their pics were posted in the paper.
