HOW DID NEW BEGINNINGS PULL IT OFF?
700 potential victims? Not as hard as one may think.
They had help. I have learned that a cult's 100-day brainwashing (Gratitude Training, like Scientology and others) is more intense than any addiction. Yes. Even heroin. Mind control is that powerful. It stands to note that NB is comprised of (and compromised by) GT cult members only. Brainwashed NB owners and staff have fooled the public under the guise of a benevolent transgender surgical recovery center. With secrets unchallenged, they’ve operated with machine-like efficiency. It is noteworthy that not a single GT outsider has supported nor stood by New Beginnings since my exposure. Not one.
Here is a “likely story” as to how New Beginnings could have worked…
Target the young and most defenseless, abandoned, vulnerable, destitute, disowned, ostracized, and forsaken population - transgender youth. And simply take advantage of them. Solicit, converse, engage, and entice them through seedy "backpage" ads placed domestically or preferably in faraway lands where transgender intolerance tends to be higher. Like wounded animals on the African plains, the best prospects are isolated and broken. These are the kids are that are discarded – not even “ransom worthy.” The runaways, throw-aways, and the castaways.
Beseech, petition, and make appeals to biological females only! After all this is a business undertaking and not a charity. Inventory needs to be stocked with product that that fetches the highest market price. 700 ensures a fresh product and good turnover. Offer the kids false promises. Let them think that they will be living in a "candy land" mansion with pet dogs, life-long friends, excursions... and the promise of surgery. They will never know the corporate books don’t show enough money for even one surgery.
Allow confusion and contradictions to remain unblemished and uncontested. The unseasoned, unsophisticated, and those encountering “gender dysphoria” are smothered by their desires to be different than who they are. They won’t contrast the simplicity of same-day (top-only) surgery against the complexity of extravagant and grandiose gifts. False hope blinds reality and dreamers will grasp any mirage masquerading as hope.
Put up a false front. Make the web site as confusing and as fluid as gender identities themselves. A store front must be maintained. Show those that may have actually had the surgery from the 700. Beguile viewers while addressing several audiences at once. New Beginnings is ingenious, duplicitous, and thoroughly evil all in one breath.
The innocent and the good hearted viewer will likely be touched by the (seeming) charitable work. This was my take when I visited NB on a Saturday in June (06/24/17). Who could not support those in society who have so often been blackballed? NB’s one-of-a-kind status added electricity and a cutting-edge aspect for me. I gave 100 dollars. Not much. But not nothing. My purely innocent eyes overlooked the fact that a group of people drove to a Wal-Mart and were van-pooled in. “Wow,” I thought. “They are really super-secretive of confidentiality. They really don’t want anyone to know where this place is!”
I drove directly to New beginnings because I was late. I did find it odd that I was given the exact address only when I got very close. But I wasn’t suspicious at that point. My innocent eyes also overlooked the “iffy” notion that privacy would be violated if I met the patients who were allegedly on the second floor. “They can’t mingle?” I wondered, “Do they ever show their faces to anyone? How can I violate the privacy from someone from, say, France?” Then I let it go. I was there to support and not to meddle.
My innocent eyes did grasp (at the time) the medical reasons for keeping the patients quarantined (such as for infection risks). This made sense to me because I assumed that surgery included both “top” and “bottom.” Months later, “red flags” were waving when I was informed that NB offered “top only” same-day surgery exclusively. And just for females. Breast reduction, essentially. Who has a recovery house for same day surgery? No one. New Beginnings lied about who they are. Which charities lie about their purpose? Only completely corrupt ones. All data from that point forward has led me to believe that NB is and has been used for one purpose - a youth sex trafficking ring. I have even proven so statistically.
For “potential patients,” the NB web site might be taken at face value for "last-chance" transgender daydreamers see New Beginnings as their land of Oz. Their inculpability and youthful denial may have left room for another "castle in the sky" that helps insulate them from their painful circumstances. Who really knows what happens on the private calls to Leland Koble. Many transgendered people are forced into prostitution and may even disclose this. But don’t for a second think that the NB experience is in any way a “step up.” People who prostitute on their own at least have freedom. Once NB picks you up at the airport – freedom is lost and slavery commences. I would really like to know where all 700 “patients” have landed. I shutter at the thought. NB likely represents another bitter and blind alley in life for these kids… one more crushing chapter in their broken lives. In the end these poor souls are left with no ray of hope because, truly, they have never seen the light of the sun.
At the same time it is easy to see now that dog whistles have been sent from New Beginnings to those with ears to hear and those engaged in the sex trade. 700 biological females in play. Their gender identities becomes meaningless when it is their bodies that are for sale. The predictable use of drugs sends this world into a haze. The perpetrators get high, the victims are made numb and ultimately become slaves to both the drugs and the traffickers. These kids arrive here with no return date. I don’t think it is a coincidence that Jo Englesson has aligned herself so tightly with Drug Kingpin Dylan Harrison and all his underlings. This is the company she keeps!
The underworld sees New Beginnings as it really is. Despite the happy pictures of youth transitioning into men – one thing is clear. New Beginnings imports biological females only. Some may have had top-only surgery and stayed at NB and have been sent on their merry way. There obviously is a charitable public impression that NB wishes to float. Without this... well... they would be caught! It would be hard to comprehend that the medical director, Dr Russell Sasanni (who I met in June), performs surgeries (or not) and is completely oblivious to everything else that goes on.
With my new understanding of NB, I view that site primarily as a grooming site for transgender youth filled with “gifts and goodies” while offering almost nothing of a medical nature to include insurance. Sex trafficking would include coercion of anyone – minor or otherwise - into prostitution, porn, the BDSM world, or the gratification of NB’s male identified Leland Koble and Buck Angel, lesbian Francine Rahe, and/or the uncertain identification of Bonnie Lazarus. The staff of Gratitude Training is also at least 60 per cent LGBTQ and has been the lone voice (though faint) of support for New Beginnings. I am told in no uncertain terms that Jo Englesson, like any cult leader, is aware of every aspect of her cult, New Beginnings, the swinging circles, the private sex clubs, and obviously the BDSM network. Jo Englesson and Francine Rahe are seen together regularly at the GT headquarters in Pompano Beach Fl.
The risk/reward ratio is nearly zero for perpetrators, predators, participants, and buyers and sellers alike within the NB / GT communities for a number of reasons. (1) Trafficked youth, nearly 100 per cent of the time, will not come forth as a victim and they are universally fearful of the law. (2) The transgender victims, especially those from other countries, are not being followed by law enforcement or family / next of kin. They have been screened by Leland Koble and, despairingly, these kids assume a stature and standing no higher than someone’s pet. They could literally go missing, be sold, or even be killed with nary a trace or enough to arouse anyone’s attention or suspicion. This is the bottom sheath of the lining of the under-world. It is hard to go any lower.
The level of deception was revealed this (11/23/17) week when, for the first time, New Beginnings was shown to be highly active within the secret BDSM world which was hidden for an entire decade. Astonishing is the fact they could be so active in such a clandestine manner for so long.
The sex trafficking ring has worn multiple layers of protection. (A) As mentioned, they operated in secrecy within the BDSM world for a decade. (B) New Beginnings has run under the cover of the Gratitude Training cult. I know of no supporter, staff, or Board member that is not aligned with GT. (C) The majority of the staff of GT and the entire Board of New Beginnings are part of the LGBTQ community with emphasis on the “L” and the “T” (D) Leland Koble has selectively groomed vulnerable people into New Beginnings as the lone phone contact. (E) Likewise, Francine Rahe has targeted transgenders (like my child) within GT as well. As a Part 2 Trainer, questions like “Have you ever molested anyone?” serve no legitimate purpose other than to screen people and to cull the herd in a nefarious way. (F) Jo Englesson, who claims to stand for world peace, aggressively bastardized the law by issuing a baseless (temporary) restraining order on me for stalking her when, in reality, I find her mere existence as an insult to God. I have NEVER stalked her or anyone. She did this to put distance between me and my transgender son who they have repeatedly tried to groom.
These people are bullies. They work in packs. My 19 year old transgender child has been bombarded with phone calls and texts from Jo Englesson, Francine Rahe, and Leland Koble. Incredulously, my child was invited to New Beginings for Thanksgiving (11/23/17).
My instincts as a father has always been to protect my adopted identical twins. All that has been revealed here reflects my resolve to protect (primarily) my transitioning transgender child. I know that my child was being targeted and groomed and all the evidence I have uncovered only furthers my assurance that designs were placed on my child.
A few years ago I broke up an auto theft ring in NE PA that I know would be running at full strength if it were not the stance I took for the victims and against the perpetrators. I was resolved in my pursuit which included standing up to the entire Wilkes-Barre, PA police force. The FBI finally backed me and the operation was shut down and people went to jail.
That was about justice. This is about my son (now identified as a "she"). There is a saying that goes, “No one can ever change the world but only a few ever have.” Putting humility aside, I alone was uniquely qualified to take on this task as I was ejected “Scientology style” from the cult while my kids were swept within. My perspective has been unique. Taunts from the cult meant to scare me have added fire to my belly. Thousands have came before me and thousands would have surely followed as GT and NB would have grown as the juggernauts that they are.

As a dad I became acutely concerned of the cult's fawning and mishandling of his son. It felt like an open air abduction. I discovered one red flag which led to 30 more. And here we are. How prescient were the words of this dad who, months ago while sitting outside the perimeter of the cult, boldly exclaimed, "You have f---ed with the wrong father!" They did not listen. I am proud to stand in the gap for the vulnerable and the voiceless. Let justice be served.

DEFINITIONS: For more info on BDSM, see link HERE. "BDSM" represents an array of practices to induce eroticism that can include risky practices that involve power exchange, role-playing, and bondage. "Knife play" involves moving a blade across sensitive portions of the skin. The facts show that this is indeed an easy process given the alleged 700 "patients" claimed by New Beginnings. They have been diabolical yet successful in their own way.
THE LAW: Most homeless transgenders (here and abroad) have no one looking for them. They do not count. They are not missed. No victim of a crime could be in a worse place than sex trafficking victims. As it stands, THE LAW PROTECTS THE PREDATOR. THE LAW DOES NOT PROTECT THE VICTIM.

"PROBABLE CAUSE" MUST BE ADJUSTED SO AS TO INVESTIGATE PRIOR
TO WHEN A VICTIM IS FOUND. MURDERS ARE INVESTIGATED WITHOUT THE BODY! RIGHT NOW, THE "LAW" (OR HOW IT IS APPLIED) IS THE TRAFFICKER'S BIGGEST ALLY.

5) New Beginnings advertises themselves on their web site. Any discerning eye sees them as a "grooming center" for young people. Recliners, pet dogs, movie night, beautiful bed rooms, and life long friends is clearly not what a medical center would tout.
6) Youth are lured and enticed into New Beginnings and not given a way out. This is kidnapping.
Fraud - A false representation of a matter of fact—whether by words or by conduct, by false or misleading allegations, or by concealment of what should have been disclosed—that deceives and is intended to deceive another so that the individual will act upon it to her or his legal injury. Being kidnapped is legal injury.

This person who I will call Leslie has informed me since that GT Captain Emily Rolnick and others have pressured her to recruit more transgendered people into GT. Emily Rolnick's father, Mark Rolnick, is also part of GT staff.
With hindsight, I categorically declare that the (unlicensed and unprofessional) hyper-sexed, debauched, and sleazy world of GT is the WORST PLACE to send a young LGBTQ (or anyone for that matter). I know for a fact that Bonnie Lazarus, Francine Rahe, and a Transgender therapist (a GT grad named Kim Koslow) were all part of the village that had Leslie become part of GT. AND IT ALL ENDED HORRIBLY FOR LESLIE WHO RE-ENTERED DRUG REHAB.
Jay Erlich sits beyond Miss "World Peace." Jay was presumably my friend but aggressively turned on me by orchestrating with the police to have be banned from the GT grounds by virtue of me holding up a single sign of protest for five minutes. If they (GT) are truly on the "up and up" they would have nothing to fear from me. The woman behind Francine Rahe took over our Part 2 Training when a woman (first name of Lisa) suffered a psychotic break and had to be chased down and taken to the Psych ward.
This same person (back-up trainer) also mistakenly sent me a text thinking it was my child. a couple of months ago. This was after I was outside of GT and made it fully known that GT was not licensed or professionally trained to deal with certain issues. The message was to have my child get in touch with Francine Rahe which made me, the father, furious. I immediately requested that my 19 year old children be left alone. Every single request was ignored to the point where staff was literally taunting me openly!
They are PREDATORS and do not give one whit about you or your family.
I also don't believe GT is governed by HIPPA laws despite them telling you everything is top secret. "Call them out on their shit" and you will find out how open your secrets really are.
They very shrewdly do not tell you they are not governed by HIPPA because no one is actually professionally trained in there to counsel, hold secrets, or even hold your vomit bag while you scream at those who have hurt you.
