(No Convictions ever)

Before I divulge my record... know that I have devoted the last 16 months combatting sex trafficking and the law enforcement officials who profit from it or cover for others (if no one benefitted than we would see actual arrests). I have received $ 0.00 for my efforts. I am a target for those active or complicit with sex trafficking. FBI Agent Adam Granit acts as the "Godfather" in Broward County. 

THREE ARRESTS WITH NO CONVICTIONS:

(1) Feb 4, 2018 - RR CROSSING   I held up a gate at a broken RR crossing in Boca Raton (Glades and Dixie) to help drivers get to where they were going. I was acting as a Good Samaritan. 

It is my understanding that "sex trafficking friendly" law enforcement (Boca chief Dan Alexander and FBI Agent Adam Granit) concocted felony charges against me using a falsified police report put together by Officer Alfredo Lima with a falsified notarization. I was jailed in May 2018. I passed a polygraph attesting to the truth of what happened... "clear as day" corruption. I was "set up." 

I was given an offer of "dismissed charges with community service." I said no. I wanted to put lying law enforcement on the stand. At this point everything was dropped including the community service.

(2) 2016 BOCA RATON  I needed to retrieve my bike so my son could use it. After I presumed my girlfriend was in bed for school (I was paying her tuition at FAU), I was arrested for burglary after retrieving my bike (I have the receipt) in the garage at the house where my girlfriend was staying... a house where I WAS PAYING THE RENT and had been invited to Sunday meals (I can show the cancelled rent checks if anyone needs proof). I followed court instructions and there was no conviction.

(3)  Melbourne FL   I pushed a shopping cart off a Wal Mart parking lot as my car at the time was being fixed. I took a shopping cart from the “damaged carts” section to push my purchases home after which I could return the cart next time I shopped (I had no use for a damaged shopping cart). I was charged with Grand Theft. I did not have to post bail because this was my first "incident" ever. I followed instructions (keep my nose clean) and there was no conviction.

As an anti sex trafficking activist, there exists some unsavory people who want to paint a criminal picture of me. Some of these people have abused the restraining order system to try and destroy my credibility.

HERE IS THE TRUTH:

I have NEVER been convicted of a crime (misdemeanor or felony).

I have NEVER committed a violent act. I have never once spanked my children nor have I laid my hand upon anyone ever. 

There has NEVER been a permanent injunction filed against me to stay away from anyone. 

Over the past 18 months (the time where I became an anti sex trafficking activist), I have experienced an onslaught of restraining order abuse. Guilty parties (those active or complicit with sex trafficking) have exploited this flaw in the legal system as last ditch "Hail Mary's" to get me to shut up. Despite the wild and false accusations, there has not been single permanent injunction adjudicated against me.

You can be assured that what I post is true.

(1) I have taken 2 polygraph tests. The last one was directed at the corrupt FBI agent Adam Granite and the falsified Boca Raton police report filed against me. I have every reason to believe that Adam Granit spearheaded this corruption along with Boca Chief Dan Alexander.

(2) If what I have posted is false, the correct response would be to sue me for libel. This has never happened in the 8 years my blog has existed (with 1.3 million page views). 

(3) I offer an automatic retraction policy if anything I state is wrong. I have made instant retractions at every and any time I have made a mistake.
