BOTTOM LINE: I worked for a corporation that fired people for this. This is the standard for this type of lewd behavior which promotes a hostile and sexist work environment. There is absolutely no reason why you should be held to a lower standard than the rest of society.
(A) You received hundreds of these porn messages - within a core group of workers - and you never disciplined the sender? You never said STOP?
(B) A "theme" was "devotion and willingness" illustrated by women performing sex acts on their bosses? REALLY?

You are clearly tone deaf by virtue of your words of praise for the former Chief of police, Gerard Dessoye - an intensely alcoholic and corrupt man who leaves in his wake a protected drug house, his "heroin honey" who ran it, a suicide, 5 indictments, a near decade-long criminal empire called LAG Towing, bribes going every which way, cars stolen left and right, multiple FBI investigations, and a death linked to the protected drug house. Oh, and I almost forgot - 13 murders last year. This is the guy you sing praise to? Why don't you just punch every citizen in the gut?
