This in no way implies that this type of behavior has occurred locally. I reported previously on this blog that I saw a homeless man treated with kindness (WBPD Mark Hilpp).
It does make the point that all officers pay the price of some “bad actors” in terms of community outrage and anti-law enforcement sentiment. Such sentiment unfortunately is played out every day.

Frank Sorick (Republican) shows up at every council meeting and supports MLK Day. He attends(ed?) a church with an African-American minister. What you may not know about Frank and Katrina is they often take in homeless people. I have been in their home when they took in an African-American male. All you (freakin') people have to do is register. The entire culture of Wilkes-Barre will be massively improved with Frank Sorick as Mayor. YOU NEED TO HOLD YOUR END UP AND VOTE!!!
