Please fire FF Chief Hunsinger

Executive Summary: Based on the 11 instances of lies, corruption, and incompetency (below), I strongly recommend that Forty Fort Police Chief Hunsinger be fired. As a Forty Fort resident, he could have only treated me worse by physically harming me. He came in under a hail storm of controversy and has shown his true colors in the way he has treated me. http://citizensvoice.com/news/forty-fort-police-chief-denies-cover-up-1.1502850

What I report here are facts and educated assumptions based on facts. I raise some very serious issues regarding the conduct of FF police Chief Hunsinger. HUNSINGER, IN AN APPARENT ATTEMPT TO PLEASE THE WB POLICE, INTENTIONALLY BLOCKED ME FROM SEEKING JUSTICE IN REGARDS TO MULTIPLE CHARGES I WISHED TO FILE. AS A RESULT I HAVE BEEN BARRED FROM OUR JUSTICE SYSTEM.

How’d that happen? Read on…

First… it is important to know that one’s local police serves as the only “gatekeeper” to the DA (whether fair or not).

All of the following are dead ends!!

è Go to Magistrate? They will only hear summary offenses. Misdemeanors/felonies are sent to DA. If filed from a private citizen they get tossed. 100 %.
è File a Private criminal complaint? If complaint contains a misdemeanor/felony… the DA tosses it
è Go to State Police?  They tell you to go to local police. But of course Hunsinger, in collusion with WB police, won’t help me.
è Go straight to DA? Again, they will toss any misdemeanor or felony filed from a private citizen.
è FBI or Attorney General?   Filing here is like placing a needle in a hay stack

Folks… this is the way it works. Several attorneys have told me this as well. This is one of the reasons why having a corrupted police chief is such a huge deal.

What this is about
?

I wanted to file charges against a deranged young woman who has been sending me disgusting letters for over 6 months now. See for yourself.  https://www.blogger.com/blogger.g?blogID=8394115090449507297#editor/target=post;postID=2383875978610662570;onPublishedMenu=posts;onClosedMenu=posts;postNum=37;src=postname
-
                                                                        -         Misdemeanor Lewdness
-         Stalking
-         Four counts of harassment
-         Terroristic threats
-         Lying to police (added later)
-         HATE CRIMES  (due to her incessant gay slurs)

A)  After learning that I was filing charges against her - she turned the tables and had the WB police file charges on me (on hearsay alone). I spoke to her a total of 2.6 minutes.

B)   Over a six day period the charges against me were changed. Ultimately a damning sentence was added 6 days after the fact. They claimed I used profanity.

C)  This one sentence that was added made it a misdemeanor.

D) Yet under oath the originating officer testified that the woman never made mention of the use of profanity. This is of course when it would have been freshest in her head.

E)  Because Hunsinger refused to take my criminal complaint - I have no way of asserting my rights within the Judicial system.

Stated bluntly... "THE FIX IS IN" as it relates to the FF and WB police departnents.

MY PROMISE   (POLYGRAPH CHALLENGE TO HUNSINGER)
First… if anyone, including Chief Hunsinger, would like to challenge the validity of my statements – I will volunteer to take a polygraph test. I would like Hunsinger to take one as well. Forty Fort deserves to know the truth.

I can and would easily pass with a Yes/True answer to all the following 11 statements on a polygraph. Beginning 09/23/13...

1)     The WB police, in collusion with Forty Fort police, told FF police to deny my criminal complaint.

2)     The WB police, in collusion with the FF police, instructed the Forty Fort police to claim that it was me who was retaliating and my complaint lacked merit as a result.

3)     I was given the ridiculous analogy that my complaint vs this woman were like “dueling PFA’s” (I had never met this woman).

4)     The Forty Fort police knew I wasn’t retaliating because I had sent them 5 e mails (prior to the WB filing) that I was bringing in charges.

5)     The Forty Fort police “dilly dallied” with my report for 6 days.

6)     Chief Hunsinger offered me the “Magistrate route” knowing full well it was a legal dead end (recall misdemeanors and felonies are thrown out by DA).

7)     Chief Hunsinger offered the “Magistrate route” as a way to assuage and fool the council meeting that he was sincerely trying to help knowing full well that this was a canard.

8)     Chief Hunsinger wrote me a letter saying “he tends to believe” (the woman) even though he never spoke to her.

9)      FF police never interviewed me regarding charges I wished to file. They just denied me.

10) Hunsinger said (in council meeting) that he would only file charges if I could meet the “100 % provable” standard that literally no one else is held to when they file charges. (If you report a burglary do you know with 100% certainty who it is? This is ridiculous. Does “investigation” mean anything?)

11) Hunsinger told me (in front of council) that he would research the aliases that this woman used on line to find out for sure who it is but he never did. (He has treated me with complete disdain despite never knowing me).

2 ½ years ago I was faced with a mob of cops outside LAG Towing in Wilkes-Barre. Lies were made about what happened that day. I was outnumbered. I decided to take a polygraph testPlease see the overwhelming results (scroll to bottom). http://wbtruth.blogspot.com/2013/06/how-it-started-cars-for-cash.html    Not a single person questioned my credibility after taking the polygraph.

Approaching 3 years of anti-corruption activism, the stages are predictable.
1) Denial
2) Anger
3) Calling me crazy, psychotic or besmirching me in any way
4) Acceptance

If acceptance is not reached,,, the step "5" is retribution. Hunsinger did not start this as retribution against me... but was too weak willed to stop the WB police from gaining the retribution that they wanted (due to my activism work in W-B). If FF Mayor Tuzinski is too weak willed to stand against Hunsinger, then he too will get swept up in the vortex of evil. He needs to "turn or burn" quickly.

The problem for opponents at this point is I have gained too much credibility.
1) I took down LAG Towing almost single handedly. Starting from nothing.
2) I broke the "bribe car" (loaner cars) scandal from LAG on my own.
3) I have never had any serious argument against any of the work I have done. Anybody can comment at any time. There are 81,000 views on my blog in 6 months
4) The media TV/radio/newspapers respect the work I have done. I have been interviewed on all three.
5) I have helped victims of corruption and others in need to the point where I spend more on others than I do myself.
6) I have "more letters" after my name (education) than anyone that I know of (and I am working for 3 more with Masters in Ministry program).
7) I am 100 % clean and sober all the time. I see my adopted boys about 5 days a week.

Where it stands now

I have a jury trial to prove I wasn’t harassing this woman in the 2 ½ minutes I spoke with her.

To bring to a misdemeanor level, they (WB) planted some obscenities (6 days after fact) which makes it a jury trial. None of these obscenities were reported the night I phoned this woman (testified to by Officer DeHaut at prelim hearing). The legal cost for me, the recipient of all the hate mail, is around $6,000.

We literally have a jury trial to decide if someone cursed at another person as result of hate mail. A JURY TRIAL!

This is what corrupt cronies like Hunsinger yield to the community. Since he has blocked me from the Justice system, I have had to go to advocacy groups to try and get sound direction. I still receive a creepy letter every 5 days from this lunatic and there is no end in sight.

I also live with the fear that this crazed (mentally ill) person could at any time escalate. Hunsinger has slammed the door in my face so I can't take this person to court.

If Hunsinger isn’t fired over this – then the Mayor and others should simply resign as they don't have the courage to do what is obviously the right thing to do. I also do not plan to give pardons and play "nicey-nice." If Mayor Tuzinsky plays the softer, more corrupt route... then I suggest he get ready to read about himself because he will be in the news that I write about.

WHAT HAPPENED HERE IS VERY SERIOUS. AND I AM MAD.

  Sincerely,
 Mark M Robbins

Finally... Police officer sues chief over free speech See http://citizensvoice.com/news/police-officer-sues-chief-over-free-speech-1.1324990
This story illustrates the extreme dysfunction within Forty Fort.

There are different faces now... but already Mayor Tuzinsky is showing ominous signs. For example, he refuses to answer these two questions from me:
1) When is the next city council meeting? (a real toughie)
2) What is your relationship with Chief Hunsinger over the years? Did you go to school with him?

He won't answer me. Based on this alone I am bold enough to suggest the corruption has already begun... in week one! He is sandbagging for Hunsinger.

I can assure you Mr. Tuzinsky, if you pursue a bunker strategy with Husinger, your life as Mayor will be a living hell. Corruption does this.

When in doubt - do the right thing. Fire Hunsinger. Be transparent. Be honest.

Punching up and punching down

Punching up = Taking on something bigger than you. Something important for others and not just for yourself. Punching up takes courage and involves risk.

Punching Down = Abusing your power. Bullying. Looking down on others. Selfishness. There is no risk because the outcome is predetermined. Bullies have the power.

Punching Up = Rosa Parks  "The first lady of civil rights" and "The mother of the freedom movement"

Punching Down Bridgett Ann Kelly who told the Port Authority head: "It's time for some traffic problems in Fort Lee." (below right)

Punching Up = Betty Roccograndi    A jewel to our area. As a reporter/writer, Betty courageously takes on what needs to be addressed in her blog. She works for causes greater than herself. A former Times leader reporter.

Punching Down = Forty Fort Police Chief Dan Hunsinger    He colluded with WB police in preventing me from filing charges regarding anonymous letters I have received. The letters are so lurid and so focused on a given sexuality that they fit the parameters of a hate crime. After blocking my path to justice, he then sent me down a dead end legal road and pawned it off as "legitimate help"... like I am some sort of moron.

I have LOTS more to say about this corrupted bully in the days ahead.  He will likely lie to cover himself... but I plan to ask that we both take a polygraph to see who is telling the truth on the main issues. IMPEDING ONE'S ACCESS TO COURTS IS SERIOUS BUSINESS. Hunsinger picked the wrong guy to mess with.

Punching Up = Lou Jasikoff    Lou began the Wilkes-Barre Independent Gazette and a few other papers since. The Gazette fills a niche regarding investigations that the other papers miss or are too scared to report on. Lou is guided by his moral compass and his vision. He puts goals before money.

Punching Down City Attorney Bill Vinsko for writing a "one strike" policy for landlords that tramples civil rights. We also know that in one case the landlord (Adam Peters) was about as fastidious a landlord can be! He was likely picked because most 25 year old young men don't have the experience to fight back.

Bullies know how to stack the deck. The board is an absolute joke. It is stacked by Leighton's minions. A kangaroo court.

Mindset of city hall:
   >  Diconnect between actions and how they may affect others
   >  Empathy is non-existent. It was sickening to see Adam                 Peters get shafted... and nobody even cared.
   >   City Hall needs clean minds and clear consciences. What
he have are corrupt minds and consciences that are
         defective.

Loathing the lying LAG and Leighton

Loathing the lying LAG and Leighton

There are two types of lies. There are…
1)     Lies of Commission
2)     Lies of Omission

Leighton and city officials pulled off a whopper of a lie today. A lie of omission.

Did you folks know there was an arbitration hearing today with LAG Towing?

Well neither did I. I don’t believe the word “pee” is a curse word… so I would like to ask the Mayor: “Why don’t you just take a pee on the public?” It would be more direct and it wouldn’t hurt as long.

Do you think that some of the victims would have liked to attend? Maybe Natalie Aleo would have liked to see what happened to the guy who destroyed her car?

LAG is a public contractor to a city. This meeting should have been open. (Or was an announcement made in a sneaky way?  … posted to a 3rd floor window perhaps?)

Who knew? Likely candidates:

Captain Bob Hughes who “towed and sold.” He sold cars from LAG on consignment.

I bet Officer John Majikes knew of it (to take a LAG bribe is the way to promotion at WBPD).

I bet Officer Collins knew (That Mercedes still available, Leo?)

I bet Officer Crawford knew (Why did you quickly return the loaner car if it wasn’t a bribe?)

WHERE IS THE FBI IN ALL THIS?

Will there be justice or will it be thrown into the “rabbit hole.”

When Leighton’s mouth is open he’s lying (or perhaps drinking).

When Leighton’s mouth is closed he’s hiding.

Please step aside Miss DA

See Anti-Corruption Toolkit after the Times Leader editorial. I know of at least 2 citizens who have written letters. The WB Taxpayer Assoc will be following up on the  issues with letters and complaints.

Why not you? Why not now? A letter need no be fancy... nor even typed. It need only contain your sentiments. If you sit in disgust and do nothing... you are no better than a "clanging cymbal."

But why go through with this?  Ms. Salavantis - please resign. There is dignity in leaving a job you weren't ready for. If you truly cared about the welfare of the people... you should politely step aside. You have had a two year grace period. It's time.

TIMES LEADER     OUR OPINION: DISTRICT ATTORNEY’S OFFICE missing fuel case lingers too long

The mysterious disappearance in Wilkes-Barre of tens of thousands of gallons of fuel from the city’s Public Works Department merited a serious and speedy criminal investigation, not the foot-dragging folly that continues to unfold.

Eighteen months after the Luzerne County District Attorney’s Office supposedly started a careful review of the matter, it has nothing to publicly show — except egg on its face. Its inability or unwillingness to file charges in a timely fashion, or to explain why they are unwarranted, erodes public confidence. It also suggests the case might better have been handled by another agency.

The Times Leader first reported on discrepancies at the fuel pumps on July 1, 2012.

The state Department of Environmental Protection sprang into action, determining the problem wasn’t a leak in the underground tanks but rather troubles of the human variety, most likely shoddy record keeping. By mid-July 2012, District Attorney Stefanie Salavantis assigned two detectives to the case.

Since then, the state Department of Revenue did its own review, faulting the city for its failure to properly account for about 67,000 gallons of fuel dispensed between July 1, 2010 and June 30, 2012. It required the city to pay $23,000 in tax, for fuel initially purchased tax-free, plus a modest penalty of less than $2,500 and about $600 in interest. The city subsequently appealed that decision and lost.

Meanwhile, Wilkes-Barre Mayor Tom Leighton admitted he had gassed up his personal vehicle at the tanks without filling out fuel logs, yet indicated his driving was for city business. Separately, it was widely reported that certain employees admitted they had stolen fuel, some by putting it in portable containers, then later transferring it to their personal vehicles.

The DA initially estimated her office’s investigation would wrap up in January 2013. It did not.

In April 2013, Salavantis said she expected within a few weeks to announce whether criminal charges would be filed, noting the case was time-consuming. “We had boxes and boxes of documents we had to go through,” she said. “We’d do one interview, and find five more people we’d want to follow up with.”

No announcement was immediately forthcoming.

In December, she conceded the investigation would continue into 2014, pinning the problem partly on an inability to schedule interviews during the holidays. Apparently, justice is not only blind but also partial to some Christmas downtime.

Embarrassingly, Salavantis last week supplied this shocker: The investigation will last even longer than it otherwise would have because, until informed by a reporter with The Times Leader, her office was unaware that the state DEP’s staffers already had looked into the disappearing fuel fiasco, so had not asked for or reviewed their records.

“We had no idea that DEP was involved,” Salavantis said. “We are definitely following up on that.” (Mark Robbins note: This is too much to believe. The DEP checking for leaks at the pumps was a huge issue. It was in both papers. No investigator could have missed this. In my opinion Salavantis is lying here. The DA making false statements is, in my book, tantamount to corrutption.)

No idea?

Is the public to believe the topic of DEP’s involvement never arose during the course of all those pre-holiday interviews or, say, during a cursory look at any newspaper account of the fuel caper during the past year and a half?

Seemingly, Salavantis’ most recent statement indicates the DA’s Office either isn’t approaching this case sincerely or it needs to renew its newspaper subscription.

Skeptics understandably will say politics is at play; from the get-go, some people asked that the state Attorney General’s Office handle this probe. Their concern: Mike Dessoye, chief of Luzerne County detectives, is the brother of Wilkes-Barre Police Chief Gerry Dessoye, who was appointed by Mayor Tom Leighton.

Salavantis assured there would be no conflict. Her office needed to do more on its own, she said, rather than referring cases to outside agencies.

Perhaps the district attorney will one day provide a plausible explanation for why this investigation dragged on. Until then, people’s trust is running on empty. END.

ANTI-CORRUPTION ACTIVIST TOOL KIT (for both private citizens and public employees)
FOUR THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT TAX FRAUD:
1)     Anybody (cop, private citizen, official etc.) can file a claim. THOSE CLOSE TO THE ACTION SHOULD DEFINITELY FILE. THERE IS LITERALLY NOTHING TO LOSE…. AND YOU HAVE THE MOST INFO TO OFFER. 30% can be yours! See below.
2)     It is strictly confidential. I know this because I filed against LAG two yrs ago. So LAG is “taken.” I have been in touch with an IRS agent during this time.
3)     You can “win” 30% (I believe) for all taxes owed. I believe that 8  years (not just 6 months) of Gas Gate will reveal more than a million dollars of stolen gas and unpaid taxes. Gas taken by anyone illegally must be reported as income!!
4)     I have filed against LAG… and could file against Leighton and other tax cheats… but I am leaving open for others to have a piece of the pie. I know many who could use the money.

TAX FRAUD:
1) GoogleIRS Tax fraud in Fresno California

2) Click on How Do You Report Suspected Tax Fraud Activity?

3)  Click on Form 3949-A  in the middle and fill out

4) Mail to:  IRS    Stop C2003   Fresno CA  93888

Or go to link: http://www.irs.gov/Individuals/How-Do-You-Report-Suspected-Tax-Fraud-Activity%3F

You can be rewarded up to 30 % of what is owed (I think that is the per cent)

What you can file:

·         False Exemptions or Deductions
·         Kickbacks  -  LAG Kickbacks; pay to play, hockey tickets given as influence
·         False/Altered Document  - Such as the rumored false documents regarding gas usage of DPW from DPW workers, cops, and firemen etc.
·         Failure to Pay Tax – See unreported income
·         Unreported Income  – Loaner cars from LAG (with all the loaners LAG claimed… this could have a value of at least $200,000)
-         Gas stolen by Leighton and many others.
·         Organized Crime – This is all organized crime.
·         Failure to Withhold

Salavantis needs to face the music

Note to reader: Get involved in anti-corruption. See "Citizen's tool kit" at bottom of this post. Don't just complain... do something!!

DA Stefanie Salavantis:   Whether through incompetency, fear, or a need to please others... she has ventured into corruption. It is obvious that she is failing to prosecute "GAS GATE" to protect other guilty and corrupt parties. This is not fair to the people. In fact it is intolerable.

Once again... why are officials held to a far lower standard? What would happen if someone did a "pump and run" at Turkey Hill. They would be sitting in jail that night.

Confessions regarding Gas Gate:

Times Leader 01/05/14    The city said most of the undocumented fuel was used for municipal purposes.  MOST?  NOT ALL?  This serves as a confession that gas was in fact stolen.

Times leader  07/06/12    "It was not hidden that I took gas," said Leightonwho defended his action because he filled up his vehicle in lieu of accepting a city-owned car. Everyone knew I took gas."

IRS:    Did Leighton claim the gas he took (and his wife, two kids, and their friends) on his tax return. The value of what he pilfered is income and should be reported. If, as he said above, he was entitled to it... then he would have no problem in properly reporting to the IRS.

How much did Leo Glodzik take?

I encourage everyone to voice your outrage. There were 150 posts on the TL site today regarding the Gas Gate article. Not one comment was supportive of the DA.

Attorney General: I spoke with the Attorney General and it was suggested that the people can go two ways in regards to Salavantis.

1) GOVERNOR:  Salavantis reports to the Governor. The WB Taxpayer's Association can request that the Governor remove the DA.

2) JUDICIAL REVIEW BOARD:  A disciplinary complaint can also be registered with the "Judicial Review Board." It is obvious that the DA is not genuinely seeking justice for "Gas Gate" but is instead being influenced by corrupt officials.

Several hundred thousand dollars of gas was discovered missing from the Wilkes-Barre city tanks over a year ago. The mayor and others have admitted to using gas for personal vehicles. The Luzerne County District Attorney, Stephanie Salavantis recently told the press that this is not high on her list of priorities.

enough is enough

Picture:  We have all seen the billboard showing Leighton pumping gas on a weekend in a t shirt.

How much has been stolen? Within a very tight time frame there is about $240,000 missing.

The full figure (with Glodzik and company) should conservatively
be well over $1,000,000.
