A copy of the subpoena sent to the Wilkes-Barre Parking Authority spells out the information a federal grand jury wants.

Murray Ufberg, the authority's solicitor, provided a copy of the subpoena to local media Wednesday afternoon.

The subpoena seeks any and all records regarding the public-private partnership with parking consultants hired by the Wilkes-Barre Parking Authority, including invoices and contracts for Attorney Alan Wohlstetter of Fox Rothschild Law Firm and former city administrator J.J. Murphy of Goals Consulting. It also asks for meeting agendas, meeting minutes, correspondence, invoices, email correspondence, receipts, electronic fund transfers and agreements where those consultants were present.

The grand jury is seeking records from 2009 to present.
