FRAUD = INTENTIONAL DECEPTION FOR MONETARY GAIN ($172k for DA job)
Below is a flier I received in the mail. If Salavantis wins I am filing criminal fraud charges against her. For summary of her activities go HERE
Would you call a Doctor a "bad" Doctor because he provided care to a down and out junkie? Of course not. Salavantis is trying to confuse you. Anybody accused of a crime has a right to an attorney... whether it be a Public defender or a Defense Attorney. Vito DeLuca has served as a defense attorney.
If a defense attorney fails to act in good faith... they risk losing their license. They cannot walk into court and say. "Members of the jury... my client deserves to be fried." Sometimes a DA puts an innocent man to death... other times a defense attorney's client gets away with murder. Either way... both are necessary for our system. One is not "better" than the other any more than the "yin" is better than the "yang."
The first "bullet point" below is technically true but also extremely misleading. DeLuca has had ZERO experience as a criminal prosecutor precisely he has been on the "other side of the coin." He has in fact defended his clients in court for 20 years. The irony here is that Salavantis has also had ZERO prosecutorial experience (after stating she would prosecute cases). In fact she is the ONLY DA in the state to not prosecute a case.
If Salavantis were honest... she would also malign her friends who are defense attorneys like Olszewski and Sanguedolce (who presents a HUGE conflict of interest by being in the DA office as evidenced by the DUI's he has had tossed foe his Law partner friends).
